Spot an Issue in Textr Team? Here’s How to Report It.
If you experience a problem with Textr Team, don’t hesitate to report the bug to the Textr Team at team.support@textrapp.com. Alternatively, you can click the question mark icon on the Textr Team platform to email the support team.
To help us identify the issue, please include details about the bug in your report. This includes:
- Brief description of the issue
- Area of the product that the problem is occurring
- What Textr Team app is this affecting (iOS, Android, Mac, or web)
- The browser or app version you’re using
- Any screenshots or screen recordings illustrating the issue
Once the issue has been identified the Textr team will promptly get back to you with troubleshooting steps. If there is an issue with the Textr Team software, the developer team will work to resolve it as soon as possible.
